I can't believe that I have made it 35 weeks. This was my first personal goal and my second one is 37 weeks. My weekly ultrasound is tomorrow and I thought it was the next growth u/s but I found out that it won't be until 36 weeks. I am hoping and praying that I am still pregnant next week to get the estimate and give these little guys time to grow! The nursery is done except for wall hangings and some cubbies for toys and books. I am hoping to hang a couple big newborn pictures to fill the space. The room is really small so we only have room for the two cribs, a dresser and the cubes or cubbies for the toys and books. I really wanted a gliding chair but I will survive without it or we will put one in the living room. My last day of work is this Wednesday and I am really going to miss my co-workers but I am hoping they will visit me and the boys from time to time.
A friend was supposed to give me her swing to borrow but told me this weekend that someone else ended up with it! Um... So I went on a local sales site and found a $190 swing for $80 so I will be getting it tomorrow. I am probably going to get the my breast friend pillow as well so I better check the site again or look on Amazon tonight. I'm running out of time!
I really can't believe they are almost here and as strange as it sounds it still doesn't feel real. Crazy right? I am huge and they move all of the time so it should sink in but it doesn't. I guess I am doubting Thomas and need to see them.
The PSD is still in full force, sleeping is difficult and rolling over is impossible. Oh and walking and sitting is hard too. lol. Heartburn, nose bleeds, swelling... the list gets bigger daily but I am not going to complain and wouldn't trade it for the world.
Thank you for the continued support! The bump picture is in the tab.

34 weeks
Hi ladies! It has been a while since I posted mainly because of some issues at home with my step daughter and I have developed carpal tunnel in both hands so it gets a bit painful to type for too long. I have been training the "new me"at my work so I haven't been able to read others blogs for a while either and it is driving me nuts! I am hoping to get caught up this weekend. My last day of work will be next Wednesday 35w 2 d and I am ready! My husband will be in Minnesota playing softball this weekend so I am putting myself on bed rest so that they don't try to come while he is gone. My mother in law will be here Friday-Sunday to help with things, whew. Let's do the old format this time. And the bump pictures have been updated.
How far along? 34 weeks!!
Total weight gain: Around 65lbs! Wowzers
Maternity clothes: hahahhahahahahhahahaha. I mean yes and those are stretched to the max
Stretch Marks: I am amazed, but I still don't have any
Sleep: I was waking up at least once an hour due to the pain or to go to the bathroom, but I am taking vistaril which is helping me sleep and slowing down my Braxton Hicks.
Best moment of the week: Well it is only Monday, but last weekend my sister put together both cribs, we did baby laundry and she cooked and took care of me. This past weekend my husband got the dresser and I put the baby laundry away. And the two quilts I made are binded and done! And if I go into labor they will no longer try to stop it. They are almost here!
Miss anything: Um, no pain and no heartburn.. But I wouldn't trade it for anything.
Belly button in or out: In with a little out in the middle.
Looking forward to: I am having weekly ultrasounds and non stress tests.. Next Tuesday at 35 weeks I will get another growth scan to see how big the little booger are. And I am looking forward to my last day at work so that I can get some rest and be careful

My weekend
My weekend started out great. Friday night the girls that I work with threw me a baby shower. It was actually a joint bridal and baby shower with another girl and the called it "Nappies and Nighties". Cute right?? I got diapers, wipes, a book and a gift certificate and they all chipped in and got us one of our car seats! Then on Saturday morning a friends son had his first t ball game so of course I had to go because I love him so much. Saturday afternoon we headed out to order the cribs!! We found one that we liked at Nebraska Furniture Mart and they will be in this week, and we ordered the other car seat. I sat there with such a smile on my face when we got home even though my feet looked like Shrek!
At 7:49 on Saturday night everything changed. The owner of the place I was going to be working from home for, the guy that hired me called. And before I discuss the call please know that I have been in three times for training and I filled out my new hire paperwork on Thursday last week. Okay... SO he said that someone that had worked for them as an administrator for five years left a couple of months ago and just got laid off at their new job. He feels as if it is in the best interest of the company to hire her back so he will no longer be needing me, but to stay in touch in case something opens up again in the future. Talk about rocking my world. I instantly broke down and walked back to where my husband was. I could barely get out the words that I no longer had a job after the babies arrived. I finally half way composed myself and went to sit with him in the living room. Then the feelings would rush back in. My husband was very sweet about what I was going through and told me that things will be okay and I really need to calm myself down because it isn't good for the babies. He said if that asshole causes something to happen he will hunt him down. I have been told that I could sue them but I don't have the energy and it's just not worth it. I will continue to pray that God will provide... I can't really start looking again until after the boys arrive but I may look at options online. I still can't believe that it happened.
On the pregnancy front I am 32 weeks today and going in for a growth u/s then I will go to the hospital for a stress test on Thursday. I'm on a twice a week schedule until the babies get here. I will do my 32 week post tonight or tomorrow.. Please keep us in your prayers.

Long time no post
Sorry friends... It has been a stressful last few weeks. But as of Monday I was 31w pregnant! I have PSD, my pubic bone is separating, my hands, feet, ankles and calves are swollen but I'm okay with it all as long as my boys keep cooking. My husband painted the nursery this past weekend but we still haven't picked out the cribs. He says there is plenty of time.... Could someone remind him that we are having twins please? They will sleep in their Rock N Plays for the first few months so I'm trying not to stress about it. However I do... I just want their space to be done and ready for them. I want to walk in there sit on my gliding chair (haven't got that yet either) and read and talk to them. He is going through another bout of how are we going to make this work so he is stressed. However, I found a work at home job!!!! I will still be doing billing for a Physical Therapy clinic just not the one I am currently with. I will work 10-12 hours from home and from 6-2 on Thursdays in the office. Hopefully my husband will work from home on Thursdays but if not I have a couple people who have offered to watch them. I am planning on starting 8 weeks after they get here.
I will try to keep up weekly moving forward... I'm okay and so are the babies, but thank you to all of you that have emailed and checked up on me.

28 Weeks
Hello 3rd trimester!! The babies are moving more and I am growing, and growing... I have gained 50 lbs from my pre IVF weight. I no longer have ankles and very square feet. I am praying that these little guys stay comfortable for another 7-9 weeks before they make their appearance. My big baby shower is this Saturday! I am so excited to see everyone there.
I have volunteered for a non for profit group that employees developmentally disabled adults for the last seven years. Last night at the fundraising committee I was blown away by their generosity. They wheeled in the stroller we registered for along with bibs, blankets, a bottle brush, onsies, pacifiers, spoons, wipes and an 80 pack of diapers. AMAZING! My heart was overflowing with gratitude.

27 Weeks
27 weeks. Fun things like heartburn, lack of sleep, hip pain, back pain, burps, farts and emotional meltdowns. I wouldn't trade them for my own private beach. I love having them with me 24/7 right now but I'm super excited to snuggle them once they arrive too. In some ways it still doesn't seem real, it almost feels like I am playing pregnant.
As you know I had an impromptu ultrasound this week because of no movement on the right side.. Baby B caused quite a scare! My glucose test was today. My doctor had me fast from 10 o'clock last night until the test at 9 this morning. Both me and the babies were starving!! I drank the lovely orange drink of love after they took my blood and then I waited an hour (20 min sleeping in my car) then they took my blood again. At that point I drove to Wendy's for breakfast. I was so shaky from fasting and then chugging sugar, it took a good couple of hours for me to level back out.
I will have my next ultrasound in two weeks, then another two weeks after that. Then I will have a weekly stress test at the hospital every Tuesday and an ultrasound every Thursday with my OB. Needless to say I will be missing a lot of work and seeing a lot of doctors until the boys get here. My doctor is super cautious and wants to monitor me as much as possible. I'm 100% fine with that! My bump page has been updated
I continue to read all of your blogs but I have sucked at commenting. Please know that I am praying and cheering for all of my sisters that are still in the trenches! And I'm not just saying that.. I really do.

Baby B - - UPDATE
Today I am 27 weeks. I haven't felt baby B move very much if any the last few days. I am praying that he has shifted over more to baby A's side and I am just feeling both of them over there. My glucose test and next OB appointment is tomorrow but I have a friend bringing her stethoscope to work this morning so that I can check for two heartbeats. If I struggle to find two I am going to call the doctor this morning to see if they can squeeze me in. I am trying to stay calm and trust in God.
UPDATE: Baby A is still breach, Baby B is transverse so his feet are over by Baby A's head and hands. B's body is curved so only his head is toward the bottom right side. Now that would explain all of the crazy activity on the left side and nothing on the right. The doctor said I did the right thing by coming in. My next U/S is in two weeks! Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes. These boys are already giving me grey hairs. :)
